Job Description

Join our dynamic team as a Hospitality Assistant in beautiful Buckingham, United Kingdom! We’re looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual to support our hospitality operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences.Greet and assist guests with a friendly and professional demeanorProvide excellent customer service by anticipating and addressing guest needsSupport various departments, including front desk, housekeeping, and food service, as neededMaintain cleanliness and organization in all guest areasAssist with check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring a smooth and efficient processHandle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectivelyCollaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations across all shiftsAssist in organizing and setting up for events and meetingsMaintain accurate records and documentation as requiredAdhere to all health, safety, and security protocolsContribute to a positive work environment by demonstrating a can-do attitude and team spirit

Qualifications

Minimum of 1 year experience in the hospitality industryHigh school diploma or equivalentExcellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenStrong customer service orientation with a friendly and empathetic approachAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environmentProven track record of being a supportive team playerDemonstrated initiative and problem-solving skillsFlexibility to work in various roles and adapt to changing prioritiesProficiency in basic computer skills, including familiarity with booking systems and point of sale softwareKnowledge of health and safety regulations in the hospitality industryExcellent multitasking and prioritization abilitiesPhysical stamina to stand and walk for extended periodsPositive attitude and resilience in handling challenging situationsDetail-oriented with a focus on efficiency and organizationAbility to work autonomously and as part of a collaborative team
