Key responsibilities:Serve drinks (including alcoholic beverages) and food to guests in a professional manner.Respond promptly and courteously to guest questions and queries.Ensure all event areas remain clean, tidy, and presentable throughout service.Assist with event set-up, including preparing spaces before guests arrive.Support post-event clear-down, resetting venues and turning over spaces between events.Liaise with event management teams to ensure all requirements are met and last?minute changes are implemented smoothly.Assist with food delivery and service between venues as required.Support kitchen teams with distributing food during sit-down meals, conferences, graduations, and other large-scale events.Work flexibly across a wide range of hospitality environments and event types.
