Must also be able to demonstrate experience of cooking meals from scratch (Gastro) Must also have experience of working as an Assistant Manager / Supervisor within a Pub or Restaurant setting. Highly desirable; Hotel operations experience - reception front of house, housekeeping etc Experience of delivering staff training is highly desirable. Ideally hold own NVQ in Hospitality or Cooking related qualification Must be confident to support learners Maths and English Functional Skills.
