Hospital Switchboard Operator required in Birmingham!

Requirements:

- Enhanced DBS

- Admin experience required

- Hospital Switchboard experience required

- 5 Year referencing History

Duties:

  • Operating a control panel with internal and external calls
  • Directing staff and visitors to different locations within the hospital
  • Calling appropriate team member in case of emergency
  • Following fire procedures within the hospital
  • Organising work flow and duties set by management team
  • Excellent use of Microsoft software''s and third party systems
  • Logging emergency calls
  • Ensuring confidentiality

Shifts:

Shift pattern is varied so flexibility of weekdays and weekends are required.

Night shift work may be required so being able to commit to nights is essential.

About You:
Able to work well in a team - Can support others around you to ensure tasks are completed
Can work well individually
Able to follow instructions
Previous experience working within a hospital setting
Must be reliable
