This role requires a flexible individual who can work a rota pattern covering shifts from 8am - 10pm Monday-Sunday. Key Duties: Safely transfer patients between wards, departments and clinical areas.Escort and transport patients to and from the X-Ray Department.Assist with moving patients using wheelchairs, trolleys and hospital beds.Ensure patients arrive at appointments promptly and safely.Provide assistance to nursing and radiography staff when required.Collect and deliver equipment, specimens and documentation throughout the hospital.Maintain high standards of patient care, dignity and confidentiality.Adhere to all hospital health and safety procedures.
