The Role This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive, commercially aware Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day non-clinical operations of a hospital. You will play a key role in ensuring excellent patient experience, efficient service delivery and effective operational performance. Working closely with the CEO, clinical teams and senior management, you will lead operational services, support service development and drive continuous improvement across the hospital. The role includes direct line management responsibilities, participation in the senior management on-call rota and occasional out-of-hours visits.
