Description Priory Lichfield Road£70,000 per annum Full-time - 37.5 hours per weekPriory Lichfield Road has an opportunity for a Hospital Director to join our team. Lichfield Road is a Rehabilitation Service in Bloxwich, Walsall. This rehabilitation service is accessible by public transport, with local bus stops approximately a 2-5 minute walk away and Bloxwich railway station approximately a 5-10 minute taxi journey from the site. What you''ll be doing The Hospital Director is responsible for the hospital''s overall leadership, operational effectiveness, financial performance, and regulatory compliance. As the Hospital Director, they will ensure services are delivered in accordance with legal and regulatory requirements. Other key responsibilities will include: Accountability for the hospital and its commercial performance. Leads and manages the Hospital Senior Management team (SMT) across all aspects of day-to-day business deliverables, including monitoring performance in relation to quality performance indicators (QPIs) and managing performance at sites where improvement is required. Alongside the Managing Director, maintain oversight and lead on the management of clinical risk at the site. Accountable to ensure the service performs to agreed targets for business planning, financial performance (meeting both planned revenue and EBITDA) and quality and care standards.
