Provide strategic leadership to deliver outstanding patient outcomes, operational excellence, and sustainable growth. Lead the hospital''s financial, commercial, and quality performance, ensuring budgets and targets are achieved. Drive business growth, with a strong focus on private patient opportunities and market development. Build effective relationships with NHS, private healthcare, consultant, and regulatory stakeholders. Develop and inspire a high-performing leadership team, fostering accountability, engagement, and collaboration.
