The rate of pay is £12.71- £19.12 per hour. This is a full-time role working fixed shifts and the hours of work are: - 8am to 4.30pm Applicants need to have their own transport. Your Time at Work As a Horticulture Operative your duties include: - Working mainly in a field using various gardening tools - Weeding/rooting - Lifting and loading/unloading vehicles - De-leafing, pruning, and labelling Gloves and waterproofs will be provided depending on the department you work in. Warm clothing must be worn for this job as it is outdoors, so clothing must suit cold, outdoor weather during the winter season.
