About the role:

As horticultural manager, you''ll have full creative autonomy over the plant area, focusing on creative and artistic plant displays all year round. You''ll also be heading up a small team, making sure everyone works cohesively, delegating tasks, and creative a positive and motivated working environment.

Responsibilities:

• Visual merchandising and creative displays
• Managing a small team, delegating tasks
• Working with the plant stock to make sure displays are always fresh and well-maintained
• General maintenance of the plant area
• Strong customer service
• Mentoring and developing the team

About you:

• A good knowledge of plants and horticulture
• A supervisor ready to step up or an established manager seeking a new challenge
• A passion for the garden retail industry
• A flair for displays and merchandising
