Your key responsibilities will include:Managing the day-to-day running of the plant area, ensuring high standards across all categoriesOverseeing a broad range of stock, including hardy plants, bedding, and houseplantsTaking responsibility for ordering across plant categories, working with central buying teams and allocationsLeading and supporting a small team to deliver strong operational and retail standardsDriving excellent visual merchandising and maintaining high-quality plant displaysManaging stock flow, including unloading deliveries, booking in stock, and merchandisingOverseeing additional product areas such as compost, aggregates, and landscaping materialsWorking closely with the wider management team to ensure a consistent and ..... full job details .....
