Project Manager - FreelanceLocation: Horsham Contract: Freelance Duration: 1 Year + Rate: 350 - 400 dependant on experience Start Date: Mid OctoberWe are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to join a major construction project on a freelance basis.This is an excellent opportunity for a confident and commercially aware Project Manager with a strong track record of delivering complex construction projects safely, efficiently and to programme.The RoleAs Project Manager, you will take responsibility for the day-to-day management and delivery of the project, working closely with the Commercial Team, subcontractors and wider site management team.You will be responsible for ensuring works are delivered to the required quality, programme, health and safety and commercial standards, while maintaining strong relationships with clients, consultants and supply-chain partners.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage site activities from mobilisation through to completion.Coordinate subcontractors, site teams and suppliers.Ensure works are delivered in accordance with drawings, specifications and programme requirements.Monitor progress, productivity and site performance.Work closely with the commercial team to identify and manage variations, change and potential commercial risks.Assist with programme planning, sequencing and resource allocation.Attend progress, coordination and client meetings.Maintain accurate site records, reports and project documentation.Ensure all works ..... full job details .....
