      <description>Location: London | Salary: 43038.00-43038.00 Annual | Type: Permanent | JOB DESCRIPTIONAbout the role The Guinness Partnership is recruiting a Homeowner Legal Services Officer on a permanent basis. This is a full time, 35 hours per week role based at our London, Euston Road office. We offer hybrid working, blending office days with working from home. The purpose of the role is to provide a comprehensive range of specialist, conveyancing focused legal services to existing Guinness homeowners as well as tenants seeking to exercise their Right to Buy/Acquire. What we are looking for We are seeking a Homeowner legal services professional with working knowledge of Right to Buy, Right to Acquire and leasehold processes. The successful candidate will possess strong communication and organisational skills, attention-to-detail, and the ability to manage a varied workload whilst meeting deadlines. Strong Microsoft Office skills and experience of working collaboratively with external partners are essential. Knowledge and experience of housing management systems such as Northgate (NEC) and CRM would be desirable.
