You will support adults who have left the armed forces and are experiencing homelessnessCarry out support meeting to plan what needs to be put in to placeAssist with the completion of benefit forms and housing applicationsHelp individuals make positive life choice that may shape their futureWork alongside the Assistant Support Worker and Service ManagerSet up medical and other appointments with and for the people you supportBe an advocate, guide and mentorKeep accurate records using the online systemSafeguard the residents and promote wellbeing What do you need to do this role?
