The Role You will support 8 residents , working alongside another Support Worker who supports the other 8. Your work will include: Providing direct, person-centred support and encouraging daily living skills Helping residents set goals and build confidence Responding calmly and professionally to challenging situations Completing accurate case notes, risk assessments and support plans Keeping the building safe with regular checks and reporting repairs Managing a busy caseload and maintaining key compliance tasks You may also occasionally visit Hatfield Road , our smaller 5-bed service, for health & safety checks.
