This is a vital front-line role focused on preventing homelessness, resolving housing crises, and arranging both temporary and long-term accommodation for households in need. Please note that the successful candidate must have a valid UK driving licence, access to a car, and business insurance.Key Responsibilities:To provide a tailored service for those households to whom the Council has accepted a homelessness duty and ensure that they are aware of and are actively seeking alternative housing options.Proactively assess homelessness cases to identify prevention opportunitiesWork directly with individuals and families facing housing crisesProvide tailored advice in accordance with the Homelessness Reduction Act 2017Develop and implement Personalised Housing Plans (PHPs)Liaise with landlords, support services, and internal departments to secure suitable housing solutionsArrange temporary and settled accommodation as requiredMaintain accurate case records and ensure compliance with statutory ..... full job details .....
