You will work within a busy Housing Options team, providing advice, support and practical interventions to help customers secure and sustain suitable accommodation. This is a rewarding frontline role where you will manage your own caseload, carry out assessments, develop personal housing plans and work closely with landlords, support agencies and partner organisations to achieve positive housing outcomes.
