      <description>Location: Harrow | Salary: 27.00-27.00 Hourly | Type: Permanent | Spencer Clarke Group are seeking a Homelessness Prevention and Solutions Officer for a local authority in Northwest London. In this role, you will work with households facing housing crisis to prevent homelessness, provide expert housing advice, and find safe, sustainable accommodation solutions. Duties:  Conduct homelessness assessments and develop Personalised Housing Plans. Prevent homelessness by negotiating with landlords and other stakeholders. Identify and secure suitable housing solutions, including private rented accommodation. Support vulnerable households to sustain tenancies and resolve complex housing issues.  Qualifications and Experience:  Experience conducting homelessness assessments and managing complex housing cases. Experience advising vulnerable customers on housing, welfare and homelessness options. Experience negotiating with landlords and stakeholders to prevent homelessness. Experience applying homelessness legislation, case law and statutory guidance.
