This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a background in homelessness prevention or housing advice who is passionate about supporting people facing housing difficulties. You will work directly with individuals who are homeless or at risk of homelessness, providing advice, assessing applications and helping customers navigate challenging housing situations. Location: Derby, DE1 2FT Pay Rate: -15.08 per hour Hours: 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday Contract: 3 months+, with an immediate start preferred Key Responsibilities: Assess and support individuals who are homeless or threatened with homelessness. Process homelessness applications and respond to housing enquiries. Apply relevant homelessness legislation, policies and procedures.
