You will act as the first point of contact for individuals and families at risk of homelessness , delivering timely advice, initial assessments, and early interventions to prevent homelessness wherever possible. Working within the framework of the Housing Act 1996 and Homelessness Reduction Act 2017 , you will play a key role in identifying housing needs, managing demand, and ensuring residents receive the right support at the earliest opportunity.
