Key Details: Hourly Rate: 14.25 per hour Contract: 3-month contract Requirement: DBS on the Update Service required due to immediate start date What you''ll be doing: Providing compassionate support and guidance to individuals experiencing or at risk of homelessness Developing personalised action plans to promote stability and independence Assisting clients with housing applications, benefit claims, and accessing community services Conducting outreach to engage clients and build trusting relationships Maintaining accurate, confidential case records in line with organisational policies Collaborating with local agencies to coordinate support services Empowering clients to achieve their personal goals Participating in team meetings and contributing to service improvements What you''ll bring: Experience in homelessness support, social care, or related fields is desirable Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with diverse clients Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Knowledge of local housing, welfare systems, benefits, and support ..... full job details .....
