The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering early homelessness prevention activity, working proactively with individuals and households at risk of losing their accommodation. You will provide expert advice across a range of housing issues, welfare benefits, and tenancy matters, ensuring customers receive timely, accurate guidance that supports sustainable housing solutions and reduces the risk of homelessness. You will actively identify and secure suitable housing options, making full use of prevention tools such as Discretionary Housing Payments (DHP) and the Homelessness Prevention Fund to resolve housing issues at the earliest opportunity.
