Homecare Patient Coordinator (Temporary)

Sue Ross Recruitment are delighted to be working on behalf of a well-established healthcare organisation to recruit an experienced and compassionate Homecare Patient Coordinator. This is a temporary role to start as soon as possible, for at least 3 months. This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy and supportive team, playing a vital role in coordinating patient care services and ensuring an exceptional experience for patients, healthcare professionals, and internal stakeholders. Key responsibilities are likely to include: Coordinating homecare patient services and treatment schedules Acting as a key point of contact for patients, clinicians, and healthcare providers Managing patient records and maintaining accurate documentation Liaising with internal departments to ensure the smooth delivery of services Making arrangements for the return of medical equipment Processing prescriptions in a timely manner Resolving patient queries in a professional and empathetic manner Ensuring compliance with relevant healthcare regulations and company procedures Supporting continuous improvement initiatives within the team The successful candidate will possess: Previous experience within a healthcare, patient services, care coordination, or customer support environment Excellent organisational and administrative skills Strong communication skills with the ability to build positive relationships High levels of accuracy and attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ..... full job details .....
