HOMECARE COORDINATOR - GLASGOW - FULL TIME - £29,000 BASIC SALARY + BENEFITS Our client is a well-established, independent family-run home care provider with over 30 years of experience delivering high-quality care within the local community. As the organisation continues to grow, they are looking to appoint an experienced Homecare Coordinator to support the Care Manager with the day-to-day coordination and effective operation of the care service. The Role As Homecare Coordinator, you will play an important role in ensuring the smooth running of the service and the delivery of high-quality care to service users. Key Responsibilities Coordinate the day-to-day running of the homecare service, including care plans, staff schedules and rotas. Coordinate and support care staff to ensure appropriate levels of cover are maintained. Monitor the quality of care provided and carry out regular reviews and evaluations. Assist with the development, implementation and review of service policies and procedures. Support the Care Manager with the preparation for inspections, audits and external visits. Ensure recommendations, instructions and actions are followed through effectively. Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with GDPR and relevant legislation.
