As a Home Visits Optical Assistant, you''ll be visiting patients in their own homes, supporting the delivery of a high-quality, professional optical service to those who are unable to visit stores. This is a rewarding and varied role and is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships and delivering outstanding customer service. What you''ll be doing Supporting patients through their eye care journey in their own homesDelivering excellent customer service and compassionate careAssisting with frame selection and dispensing (full training provided if needed)Working closely with a small, supportive teamTravelling across Stoke, Crewe, Stafford and surrounding areas What we''re looking for We welcome applicants from both optical and retail backgrounds.
