This is an excellent opportunity for a housing professional with strong leadership experience and a solid understanding of home ownership, service charges, leasehold management and customer service delivery. About the Role Reporting to the Home Ownership Manager, you will lead a team of Home Ownership and Service Charge Specialists, ensuring the delivery of a high-quality service to leaseholders and shared owners. You will provide day-to-day operational leadership, oversee performance, manage complex home ownership matters and support the delivery of statutory and non-statutory processes. Key Responsibilities Lead, coach and develop a team of Home Ownership/Service Charge Specialists Monitor performance and ensure service standards and KPIs are achieved Manage escalated leasehold and home ownership enquiries Support the resolution of complaints and service failures Provide specialist advice on leasehold, service charge and home ownership matters Interpret leases and legal documentation Support preparation of documentation for First Tier Tribunal and other legal proceedings Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, policies and procedures Assist with reporting, forecasting and performance management information Support the ..... full job details .....
