About the Role
Pertemps are recruiting a Home Moving Technician (Removals Operative, Driving licence Mandatory) to join a busy removals and logistics team in Glasgow. This hands-on position involves assisting with home and office relocations, packing, loading, and unloading household goods safely. The role requires physical work, teamwork, and a focus on delivering excellent customer service. A full driving licence is mandatory for this role. The position offers £13.50 per hour, equivalent to approximately £28,000 per annum, with overtime paid after 40 hours. Benefits include 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays. Working 40 hours per week on a Monday to Sunday rota, typical shifts are 07:30 to 16:30 with a one-hour unpaid break.

- Equivalent to approx. £28,000 per annum
- Overtime paid after 40 hours
- 25 days annual leave + Bank Holidays (33 days total)
- 40 hours per week
- Typically 07:30 – 16:30 (1-hour unpaid break)
- 5 days out of 7 (Monday to Sunday rota)
- Assisting with home and office removals
- Packing, loading, and unloading household goods safely
- Handling items with care and professionalism
- Working as part of a team on-site and on the road
- Providing a positive customer experience

- Rotational weekend shifts depending on operational requirements
