Home Manager Gillingham Stephen James Consulting is partnering with a unique not elderly care provider to recruit a Home Manager for one of their care homes in Medway, Kent. This is a medium-sized residential/nursing home that requires a confident leader to bring structure, stability, and clear operational direction. The role is open to both RGN and Non-RGN candidates. While previous Home Manager experience is preferred, strong Deputy Managers ready to step up will also be considered. This is a key leadership opportunity for an experienced professional with proven turnaround experience to take ownership of a service requiring improvement and drive it towards high-quality care, compliance, and operational excellence.
