Stephen James Consulting are working with one of their established elderly care providers, in the search for a Home Manager based in North Wales.
This is a small, fully occupied residential care home, offering a stable environment and an excellent opportunity for a strong Deputy Manager looking to step into their first Home Manager position.
You will be responsible for:
- Managing the day-to-day running of the home
- Leading and developing the staff team
- Ensuring compliance with CIW standards and regulatory requirements
- Maintaining high standards of care and resident wellbeing
- Driving a positive and supportive culture within the home
To be considered for this role, you will need:
- Experience within residential care
- Previous experience at Deputy Manager level or above
- Strong understanding of CIW regulations
- Good leadership and communication skills
The role offers a salary of -40,000 per annum.
