As a Home Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day running of Princess Louise of Kensington, leading a team of care professionals and delivering the highest standards of care to residents. You will form strong relationships with staff, residents and their families, and your presence in the home will be pivotal to its success. You will lead by example and work as part of a team to enrich residents’ lives.You will:manage operations and ensure delivery of personalised care in line with individual care plansbuild and maintain strong relationships with residents, families and staffpromote a positive, supportive and inclusive culture within the homerepresent Sanctuary Care in the home and contribute to its ongoing improvementSanctuary Care has over 100 care homes and aims to create a team-based environment that makes a difference from the moment you step through the door. You will have previous experience in a nursing setting, strong operational management experience, and hold a valid NMC Pin.
