Home Manager Care Home: Waterfield House Hours per week: 40 Salary: £60,000 per annum About the role: We are currently seeking an experienced Home Manager to join our team at Runwood Homes. As the Home Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the home, including managing staff, providing support, and encouraging their professional growth. You will create a nurturing environment for residents by upholding high standards of care and ensuring that each individual receives excellent levels of care.
