Home Manager Nursing Home Elderly Care Horsham Stephen James Consulting are working with an established elderly care provider in the search for an experienced Home Manager based in Horsham. This is a fantastic opportunity for a nurse-qualified Home Manager to lead a large nursing, residential and dementia service with a strong reputation and a Good CQC rating. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining high clinical standards, supporting staff development, and ensuring excellent operational performance across the home. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the day-to-day running of the nursing home Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and clinical governance standards Lead and support nursing and care teams to deliver person-centred care Maintain strong oversight of audits, medication management, and risk processes Drive occupancy, team stability, and overall home performance Work closely with senior leadership to maintain and improve standards Requirements: Previous experience as a Home Manager within a nursing home environment Nurse qualified with strong clinical knowledge Excellent understanding of CQC compliance and governance Proven track record of achieving or maintaining strong inspection outcomes Confident leader with experience managing large teams Salary and Benefits: £75,000 £80,000 per annum DOE Opportunity to join a well-performing elderly care provider Supportive senior management structure If you are an experienced Home Manager looking for ..... full job details .....
