About Us Serencroft Care Homes is an independent care provider operating five residential and nursing homes across England, including Gable Court in Romford. We are CQC-regulated and B Corp certified, and we work in partnership with NHS commissioners and local universities to deliver high-quality, person-centred care. We are looking for an experienced, values-led Home Manager to lead Gable Court and build on its position as a safe, high-quality home for residents and a great place to work for staff. The Role As Home Manager, you will hold overall responsibility for the day-to-day leadership, operational performance and quality of care at Gable Court, acting as the home''s CQC Registered Manager. You''ll lead a multidisciplinary team, manage the home''s budget and resources, and be the driving force behind a culture of safe, compassionate, person-centred care working closely with residents, families, commissioners and the wider Serencroft leadership team.
