This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced care professional who is passionate about delivering outstanding, person-centred care and who can lead, develop and motivate a dedicated team.The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the service operates to the highest standards, remains fully compliant with CQC regulations and delivers an exceptional experience for residents, their families and staff.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide strong leadership and direction to the staff team, creating a positive culture focused on kindness, dignity and person-centred care.Take overall responsibility for the day-to-day management and smooth operation of the home.
