Home Manager Nursing Home Location: Blackpool Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience Hours: Full-time, Permanent Home Size: 30 beds We are looking for an experienced Home Manager to lead a well-established 30-bed nursing home in Blackpool. This is an excellent opportunity for a strong, commercially aware manager who is passionate about delivering high-quality care and creating a positive environment for both residents and staff. You will take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the home, leading from the front to maintain excellent care standards, strong occupancy and regulatory compliance. The Role Provide strong leadership to the nursing and care teams Ensure consistently high standards of person-centred care Maintain full compliance with CQC and regulatory requirements Lead, motivate and develop the home''s management and care teams Drive continuous improvement across the service Manage staffing, recruitment, retention and performance Oversee budgets and maintain strong commercial performance Build positive relationships with residents, families and external professionals Monitor quality, audits, safeguarding and clinical governance Maintain and develop occupancy within the home About You Previous Home Manager experience within a nursing or elderly care setting Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and quality standards Proven leadership and people-management skills Good commercial awareness and understanding of budgets and occupancy Confident ..... full job details .....
