Description Priory Elm Park - Ardleigh, near Colchester, Essex - is a specialist brain injury service based in Ardleigh, near Colchester, Essex. We provide expert neurobehavioral assessment, rehabilitation and specialist care for people with complex neurological needs following an Acquired Brain Injury (ABI) or Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI). This is a 17 bed service.We are entering an exciting new chapter as our service transitions from a hospital setting to a Specialist Residential Nursing Service, designed to meet the increasing demand for high-quality neurorehabilitation and specialist residential care within the local community.What you''ll be doing We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Home Manager who is NMC registered (RGN, RMN or RNLD) and has a proven track record of successfully leading a residential nursing service. This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Elm Park, leading the transition while ensuring exceptional standards of care and operational excellence. About the Role: As the CQC Registered Manager, you will have overall responsibility for the leadership, performance and day-to-day management of the service. Working closely with the Multi-Disciplinary Team (MDT) and senior leadership, you will lead the transition from hospital to specialist residential nursing, ensuring the service continues to deliver outstanding, person-centred care throughout the change.
