The ideal candidate would: Be an experienced Health and Social Care leader with experience in leading an outstanding service Have a positive, kindly and ''can do'' attitude Be creative and like working in a dynamic environment Have a passion and aptitude for maintaining a high-quality service Have the drive to make a real difference to the lives of others Have extensive experience in mentoring Junior staff Enjoy working in a multi-disciplinary team, with experience of managing this effectively Hold NVQ/Diploma level 3,4 or 5 ..... full job details .....
