Home Manager - Bognor Regis (Residential Care Home) £70,980.00 per annum 44 bed Home Rated Good Overall by the CQC Rated a superb 9.8 / 10 by carehome About the role Working for one of the UK leading Charities, we are looking for an experienced (5 years in post ideally), values-driven Home Manager to lead one of our MHA care homes. This is a senior leadership role with overall responsibility for delivering high-quality, person-centred care while ensuring the home operates safely, effectively and sustainably. As Home Manager, you will lead and develop a dedicated team, create a warm and respectful community for residents, and ensure the home consistently meets regulatory, quality and financial standards. You will be visible, approachable and hands-on, setting the culture and direction of the home in line with MHA s values. What you will do Lead, motivate and develop senior and wider teams, ensuring effective recruitment, induction, supervision, appraisal and performance management. Maintain responsibility for care planning, reviews and admissions, ensuring compliance with regulatory and data protection requirements. Promote residents dignity, independence, choice and involvement in decision-making. Ensure robust safeguarding practice, with zero tolerance for abuse or neglect. Take overall responsibility for medication management, health and safety and infection prevention.
