Home Manager - Residential and Nursing Care (Dementia)Hexham, Northumberland 55,000 per annum + bonus (OTE up to 66,000)Full-time, 40 hours per weekWe are seeking an experienced and motivated Home Manager to oversee a well-established care home in Hexham, providing both residential and nursing care for older adults, including those living with dementia.As Home Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of person-centred care, leading and developing the staff team, and maintaining full compliance with CQC requirements.
