Job Title: Permanent Home Manager
Location: Elgin
Salary: Up to £56,000 per annum plus bonus

Due to retirement my fantastic client is seeking an experienced and dedicated Home Manager to lead their well-rated nursing home in Elgin. As part of a reputable care provider, you will ensure the delivery of high-quality care and maintain compliance with Care Inspectorate (CI) standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the nursing home.
- Ensure adherence to CI standards and regulations.
- Lead and manage the nursing and support staff effectively.
- Develop and implement care plans to meet residents'' needs.
- Maintain high levels of resident satisfaction and safety.
- Manage budgets and financial performance of the home.
- Promote a positive and inclusive environment for residents and staff.

Requirements:
- Valid NMC PIN.
- Proven experience as a Nursing Home Manager.
- Strong knowledge of Care Inspectorate (CI) regulations.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage budgets and financial aspects of the home.
