We are recruiting on behalf of an established 40-bed nursing home in West Sussex seeking an experienced, commercially aware and compassionate Manager to take full responsibility for the operation of the home. This is a hands-on leadership role with real autonomy. You''ll be responsible for maintaining excellent standards of care, developing and supporting the team and, importantly, helping to increase occupancy and drive the continued success of the home.The Role As Home Manager, you will have overall responsibility for the clinical, operational and commercial performance of the service.
