Position: Home Manager
Location: Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire
Salary: £80,000 - £85,000 per annum (DOE) + Excellent added benefits!
Hours: Full time

Career Makers are recruiting for an experienced Home Manager to join a well-established, large nursing home in the heart of Aylesbury. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced manager looking to make a positive change and have a real impact on the quality of care and support provided to residents.

You will take overall responsibility for leading and managing a high-quality, luxurious home, while providing strong, visible leadership to an established and stable care team. Responsibilities as a Home Manager:

• Lead and manage the home, taking overall responsibility for performance, quality, safety, resident wellbeing and team leadership.
• Manage the wider operation, including occupancy, budgets, resources, workforce planning, KPIs and effective day-to-day performance.
• Champion exceptional person-centred care, ensuring high standards of dignity, safeguarding, clinical governance and quality of life.
• Drive compliance and continuous improvement, maintaining CQC and legislative standards while overseeing audits, risk management and quality assurance.

Requirements as a Home Manager:

• Previous experience managing a nursing or residential care home.
• Strong knowledge and experience working within CQC regulatory requirements and standards.
