Candidate Profile We are looking for a nurse-qualified Home Manager with a strong clinical background, ideally with previous leadership experience in a high-performing residential or nursing home.
Specifically: Registered nurse with active NMC pin and demonstrable clinical expertise.
Experienced in leading stable, high-performing teams and maintaining excellent care standards.
Skilled in operational and financial management within the care sector.
Confident, visible leader capable of inspiring staff, engaging families, and working with regional leadership.
Commercially aware, with the ability to maximise occupancy and maintain competitive positioning.
