We are seeking a passionate and commercially astute Clinical Home Manager to take the helm of a luxury care home offering nursing, residential and dementia care. This is an exciting opportunity to provide long-term leadership, build on recent improvements, and drive exceptional standards of care and operational performance. As Home Manager, you will be responsible for the overall leadership and performance of the home, ensuring outstanding person-centred care is delivered whilst maintaining compliance, occupancy, team engagement and financial performance.
