Care Home ManagerLocation: BedfordSalary: 60,000 per annumWe are currently recruiting for an experienced Care Home Manager to lead a well-established care service in Bedford.This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced manager with a strong background in residential or nursing care who is confident leading a team, maintaining high standards of care and ensuring the home operates effectively from both a regulatory and commercial perspective.The RoleAs Care Home Manager, you will have overall responsibility for the day-to-day management of the home, ensuring residents receive high-quality, person-centred care while maintaining strong occupancy levels and financial performance.You will be supported by an experienced Deputy Manager, Administrator and wider Hospitality and Housekeeping teams, as well as dedicated Operations and Central support.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide strong leadership and direction to the home''s staff team, promoting a culture of kindness, compassion and high-quality care.Ensure the service remains fully compliant with CQC requirements and all relevant legislation and regulations.Manage budgets effectively and work towards agreed financial and operational targets.Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to maintain strong occupancy levels.Build positive relationships with residents, relatives, professionals and other key stakeholders.Respond effectively to concerns and ensure residents'' needs remain at the heart of the service.Lead the ..... full job details .....
