Domiciliary Care Assistant Community Based Location: Shrewsbury (SY1, SY2 and SY3)Providing care at home supports people to remain independent in the comfort of their own homes, while continuing to live safely and confidently in familiar surroundings. We are currently looking for caring, reliable, and compassionate individuals to join our growing home care team. Whether you''re looking for weekend-only work, weekday shifts, evenings, or a mixture of both, we have lots of hours available and can work with you to find a schedule that suits your availability. As a Care Assistant, you''ll provide person-centred support to clients in their own homes, helping them maintain their independence, dignity, and quality of life. You''ll have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with the people you support while making a genuine difference to their everyday lives. Visits are never rushed and typically range from 30 minutes to 1 hour, giving you the time to deliver high-quality care and support.
