We are currently recruiting Domiciliary Care Workers to support service users in their own homes across Barry and Penarth. This rewarding role involves helping people maintain their independence while providing compassionate, person-centred care and support. What We''re Looking For Successful candidates will be: Reliable, trustworthy and friendly Excellent timekeepers Compassionate and approachable Proactive and engaging with service users Strong communicators with good organisational and interpersonal skills Willing to provide personal care where required Essential Requirements A clean, valid UK driving licence Access to your own vehicle At least 6 months'' UK-based care experience within the last year, or 12 months'' care experience within the last 5 years The right to work in the UK (no sponsorship available) Willingness to undergo DBS and reference checks Willingness to undertake personal care duties Pay and Benefits 15.00 per hour 45p per mile travel allowance whilst on shift Weekly pay via PAYE No umbrella companies, hidden fees, or deductions Accrual of holiday pay with a full year to use it Shifts offered around your availability Double pay on Bank Holidays Pension scheme entitlement 24/7 support from the Brook Street Social Care team Access to specialist support ..... full job details .....
