This is an exciting opportunity for someone who has a strong background in domiciliary care, understands CQC requirements and can build and develop a high-performing local care service. The Role As Registered Manager, you will have overall responsibility for the quality, compliance and day-to-day management of the Bournemouth branch. You will lead the care team, ensure excellent standards of person-centred care and develop strong relationships with clients, families, commissioners and healthcare professionals. You will be responsible for ensuring the service remains fully compliant with CQC regulations, safeguarding requirements, medication procedures, quality assurance and relevant legislation.
