The Role As a Community Care Worker, you will provide essential support to people in their own homes, helping them maintain their independence, dignity, and quality of life. Your role may include supporting people with personal care, medication, meal preparation, mobility, companionship, and household tasks. You will follow individual care plans, maintain accurate records, and promote wellbeing while delivering high-quality care tailored to each person''s needs.
