The Ideal CandidateTo be considered for this role, you must: Have some previous experience within the care sector.Be a driver with a full, valid UK driving licence and have access to reliable transport.Have the full right to work in the UK.Be compassionate, patient, reliable, and committed to delivering person-centred care.Have good communication skills and a genuine passion for supporting others.
